Sitting in meditation is fundamental to all forms of spirituality and developing a regular home practice of quieting the mind and opening the heart is key to life as an urban mystic. In this recording Darren offers a brief overview on how to meditate as well as three practice sessions to guide you.

The first session is based on the Budhist practice of Anapana Sati-- as simple technique involving the breath. The second session is based on the Yogic practice of Japa or mantra meditation. A third, longer practice is also offered for use once your mind becomes more diciplined.

All three sessions are based on Darren's book, The Findhorn Book of Meditation which is an excelent complement to this recording.
