Living in San Francisco, I have had the opportunity to work with many folks who are HIV positive. Like so many young adults living in an urban center, HIV has deeply impacted my life and the lives of many people close to me. Yet few people really understand this issue. HIV is much more than a virus or a disease because misinformation and prejudice have killed as many people as any virus could.
This section of my website is dedicated to helping people who are HIV+ find health and balance through mindfulness and healthy living. I believe people who are diagnosed with HIV can live a full and healthy life when they make informed choices.
