Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Darren Main collects through darrenmain.com and related services, how it is used, and the choices you have. In this policy, “I” and “me” refer to Darren Main.

What I collect

• Information you give me: your name and email address when you join my email list, download a free resource, or send a message through a form; and the details you share when you book a session, buy a course or membership, or contact me.
• Purchase information: when you buy something, your payment is handled by Kajabi and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). I see a record of what you bought, but I never see or store your full card number.
• Booking information: massage, coaching and class bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling, which collects your contact details and any intake answers you provide.
• Usage information: like most websites, this site and its hosting provider automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and whether you open or click my emails.

How I use it

• To deliver what you asked for: courses, downloads, memberships, bookings and replies to your messages.
• To send my newsletter and updates about classes, workshops, podcasts and programs, if you have signed up or are a client. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which content is useful so I can improve it.
• To keep records required for my business, taxes and professional practice.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Massage and coaching clients

Health and personal information you share for massage therapy or coaching is used only to provide safe, appropriate care. It is kept confidential, is never used for marketing, and is shared only with your permission or where the law requires it.

Services I use

Your information is stored and processed by the companies that help me run my business, including Kajabi (website, courses, email and payments), Acuity Scheduling (bookings) and Zapier (connecting those tools). Each has its own privacy policy and security practices.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep you logged in to courses, remember your checkout and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. I may need to keep some records, such as purchase history, for legal or tax reasons.
• California residents and people in other places with privacy laws may have additional rights, and I will honor any request those laws give you.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

I use reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

If I update this policy, I will change the date at the top of this page.
